¿Cuándo estás abierto?
Estamos abiertos, y volamos todos los días, durante todo el año, excepto los principales días festivos, ¡si el clima lo permite! Generalmente operamos nuestro helicóptero Robinson R-44 entre las 10 am y las 9 pm.
*Las franjas horarias anteriores y posteriores están disponibles bajo petición.
¿Cuál es el límite de edad?
No hay límite de edad, ¡sin embargo, los bebés pequeños y los niños no siempre cooperan! Todos los pasajeros tendrán la oportunidad de usar auriculares con cancelación de ruido, para poder comunicarse con el piloto y entre ellos. Los niños de hasta dos años pueden viajar en el regazo de un adulto (¡no recomendado!). Las regulaciones de la FAA requieren que todos los demás pasajeros, de dos años de edad o más, tengan su propio asiento.
¿Cuántos pasajeros tiene capacidad para su helicóptero?
Nuestro helicóptero tiene espacio para tres (3) pasajeros y un piloto.
¿Es su límite de peso?
¡Sí! El límite de peso total por asiento es de 280 libras. El peso total de todos los pasajeros no podrá exceder las 560 libras. El piloto siempre tendrá la última palabra sobre quién puede volar y, por cuestiones de equilibrio, puede incluso determinar la ubicación de los pasajeros (es decir, adelante o atrás).
¿Es seguro para las mujeres embarazadas volar?
Si. El vuelo en helicóptero no inducirá el parto, etc. *
* SIN EMBARGO, la FAA solicita que todas las mujeres que tengan al menos 6 meses de embarazo no aborden NINGÚN avión (¡en caso de emergencia!).
¿Con cuánta anticipación debo reservar mi vuelo?
En un mundo ideal, reservarías aquí en nuestro sitio web con una o dos semanas de anticipación. (Los intervalos de tiempo del fin de semana se llenarán rápidamente). Intente reservar con al menos 24 a 48 horas de anticipación.
Aceptamos reservas en línea hasta la medianoche de la noche anterior. Aceptamos reservas para el mismo día, pero la reserva de un vuelo no está garantizada. También aceptamos reservas hasta con un año de anticipación.
¿Se pueden quitar las puertas del helicóptero?
¡No para giras! Preferimos mantener todas nuestras puertas abiertas. Nuestro helicóptero es bastante cómodo y está equipado con aire acondicionado y calefacción, asientos de cuero, ventanas de burbujas para una mayor visibilidad y auriculares activados por voz.
¿Puedo llevar mi cámara?
Sí, ¡puede tomar todas las fotos y videos personales que desee! Se permiten bolsas pequeñas y carteras. Debido a las limitaciones de peso, no permitimos bolsas grandes ni mochilas grandes. No se permite videografía/fotografía para producción profesional.
¿Necesito una identificación conmigo?
¡SÍ! Para abordar nuestro avión, todos los adultos deberán presentar una identificación con foto emitida por el gobierno, como una licencia de conducir, pasaporte, etc.

¿Qué pasa si hay mal tiempo?
¡TU SEGURIDAD ES FUNDAMENTAL! No volamos bajo la lluvia, y no se nos permite abandonar el suelo si hay tormentas eléctricas en las inmediaciones. (Los relámpagos pueden caer hasta diez millas de una tormenta eléctrica).
Si su vuelo se cancela debido a problemas meteorológicos, tendrá la oportunidad de reprogramar su vuelo para otro día/hora o simplemente solicitar un reembolso completo. Los reembolsos pueden tardar entre siete y diez días en procesarse.
¿Qué sucede si necesito cancelar mi vuelo?
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN:
Puede cancelar o reprogramar su vuelo en helicóptero por cualquier motivo, hasta 48 horas después del horario de vuelo programado originalmente.
Si cancela su vuelo dentro de las 48 horas de su hora de salida programada, habrá un cargo por cancelación de reserva del 10%.
No hay cargo por reprogramar su vuelo.
Si no se presenta o no nos notifica con anticipación, cancelará automáticamente su recorrido y perderá el monto total de su compra.
